Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is designed to accommodate the worst case scenario.
We are all human, life happens, unexpected things occur including illness so I will do my best to accommodate changes in circumstances, but If unable to, I have to revert to this policy.
Cancellations within 24 hrs of your appointment.
If you are unwell or have anything contagious or just cannot make the appointment, the earlier you let me know the more likely I am to be able to fill the appointment with no charges to yourself.
Charges can be up to the full amount of the treatment you had booked with me. This is to help keep my business afloat.
If you fail to attend, the full amount will be charged.
If I have to cancel
There will be no charge to yourself. If you have paid in advance, the money will carry over to your next session.
